1. Who we are

Glimbench (glimbench.top) is operated by {{OPERATOR_NAME}}, {{OPERATOR_ADDRESS}} ("we", "us"). Contact: support@glimbench.top.

2. The service

Glimbench provides tools that run in your web browser, such as the Background Remover. Files you open in a tool are processed on your device. The service is provided as is, and results from AI models may be imperfect.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Glimbench to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to bypass license checks, share license keys beyond the permitted device limit, or disrupt the service.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your files. We do not receive them, so we cannot access, use or store them. You are responsible for having the right to process the files you use.

5. Pro plans and payment

Pro is offered as Monthly and Yearly subscriptions and as a one-time Founding Lifetime purchase. Orders are processed by a Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record and handles payment, taxes and invoices under its own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

6. Founding Lifetime scope

Founding Lifetime includes all Pro features of the Background Remover and any new tool that runs locally in your browser and is released within 12 months of your purchase date. Tools that require cloud compute are not included. Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product, not of the purchaser, and is not transferable.

7. License keys and devices

A license key may be activated on up to 3 devices. Access may be revoked after a refund, chargeback or abuse.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
